About the event

Learn who's who in the bumblebee world and how they live. Learn how to identify the top six UK species and see whose flying on the day.

There will be a classroom session in the morning (10.30am - 12pm) followed by a break for lunch and then an outdoors session (12.30pm - 2pm) to identify bumblebees in the wild around Low Barns (weather permitting).

Food is available from the coffee shop or bring a packed lunch. Please wear sturdy shoes for the outside session and bring sunshine! 

The visitors centre at Low Barns has toilet facilities, a café and parking.
