OPENING

Coffee shops, visitor centres, gift shops & car parks:

Christmas Eve: CLOSED
Christmas Day: CLOSED
Boxing Day: CLOSED
New Year's Day: CLOSED

All other days, the coffee shops, visitor centres and car parks will be open as normal.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership and Gift Membership packs will be posted the next working day from completion of the online membership form.

All Membership packs can be collected the next working day from Rainton Meadows Nature Reserve up until 23rd December. You must mention that you intend to collect the pack in the form notes or contact membership@durhamwt.co.uk to let us know.

ONLINE SHOP (Postal)

Last posting date for Christmas: 19th December

Every effort will be made to prepare and send orders after this date, but due to Christmas post they may not arrive in time for Christmas. Orders placed after 19th December for home delivery will be processed up until 9am on 23rd December when the online shop will close for Christmas. Items ordered between 23.12.25 and 2.1.26 will be processed as soon as possible when our offices reopen.

CLICK & COLLECT

Low Barns collection is available on orders placed by 16th December for collection any day the reserve is open. Orders placed after this time for collection at Low Barns may not be processed until the New Year.

Rainton Meadows collection is available on orders until 23rd December, orders placed after this time for collection may not be processed until the New Year.
