Our pack of charity Great North Runners help protect wildlife across the North East.
As a member of our running team, we will be by your side from when you first sign up, throughout your training and fundraising, and all the way to that iconic finish line in South Shields.
Every year, a group of fantastic fundraisers - who we like to call #TeamWilder - take on the best half marathon in the world. In doing so, and by raising vital funds for Durham Wildlife Trust, they help us to continue our great work in our local area, enabling us to look after special spaces for nature and protect key species now and in the future as well as helping to fund our education work, ensuring the next generation can care for their natural world.
