Meeting Details
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 6pm on Monday, 27th October, 2025. The AGM will be held online to provide all members with the opportunity to participate. The formal business of the AGM will be followed by presentations on the Trust’s work. This year we will be celebrating Cuthbert’s Moor Nature Reserve, sharing details of the nature restoration that has taken place to-date along with plans for the future.
The AGM and presentations are expected to end at 7.15pm.
Sarah Lister, Trustee and current Chair of the Board, will be standing down at the AGM after serving as Chair for six years, the maximum time permitted under the Trust’s Articles of Association.

Please note: nomination forms for those seeking election to the Board must be received not less than 28 calendar days before the date set for the AGM.
Information on attending the AGM:
Booking in advance is essential. The meeting will take place using Zoom, you may be required to download or register for a zoom account in advance of the meeting. Details of how to use Zoom can be found here.
Only Durham Wildlife Trust members can attend the Trust AGM. In order to ensure only members are present at the meeting all registered attendees will be verified before being able to access the meeting and this will be in the days leading up to the AGM. Please check your spam folders and contact the Trust if you have not heard anything on the morning of the AGM. You are asked to not forward the information to others, only verified members will be permitted to access the zoom meeting.
