Come along to Houghton Racecourse Community Centre, where we will take a short walk to explore Copt Hill and see what wildlife we can spot.

About the event

We will then return to the Community Centre to have a go at making some handmade willow wreaths adorned with local wildflowers.

Please meet outside Houghton Racecourse Community Centre. What3Words: ///spell.purple.among

This activity is suitable for families. Children attending must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times.

Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and dress accordingly to the weather forecast. Long sleeves and trousers as well as sturdy shoes are advised.

Please note, it is an approximately 10-minute uphill walk from the Community Centre to Copt Hill, where we will spend approximately 1 hour wandering the reserve. Toilet Facilities will be available at the start and end of the session at Houghton Racecourse Community Centre.

Refreshments will available after the walk.
